Biological Bottom Dredge

The Biological Bottom Dredge is a compact sampler to be towed along the bottom for collection of biological or mineral specimen. The dredge has a rugged rectangular stainless steel frame with a size of 50 x 20 cm. It is delivered with a pair of folding V-Arms and a bridle for connection to the towing line. A sturdy net bag of 6 mm mesh size, protected by a heavy canvas cover, is attached to the rear of the frame. The net bag is 60 cm long. The weight of the complete dredge comes to approximately 9.5 kg.
