Operating Principle
The airmoOVOC employs a three-phase sorbent trap specifically designed for the analysis of light oxygenated VOCs, including methanol, ethanol, ethylene oxide, acetone, IPA, and acetaldehyde. It features miniaturization, high sensitivity, mobility, and flexibility, with all components integrated into a 19’’-rack 5U system.
The device operates with a programmable gradient oven temperature and carrier gas pressure/flow control, ensuring high precision and stability during analysis.
Key Features
- High Sensitivity: Detects light oxygenated VOCs at < 0.1 ppb.
- Data Storage & Processing: Utilizes Vistachrom software, enabling users to view, store, calibrate, and export data on an industrial computer. The software supports retention time, area, mass, and concentration calculations.
- Strict Quality Control: Each unit undergoes a three-week quality inspection before delivery to ensure optimal performance.
- Flexible Gas Supply: Supports N₂ carrier gas, with optional hydrogen and zero-air generators for portable applications.
- Optimized Design: Integrates sensor, sorbent trap, separation column, and data processing system into a single compact unit, making it space-efficient and user-friendly.
