First aid and fire prevention and fighting (PFFF) are essential skills that every individual should possess to protect themselves and others in case of an emergency. For businesses, equipping employees with these skills and knowledge is more crucial than ever before.
Recognizing the importance of first aid and PCCC training, Reecotech partnered with Thu Duc City Hospital and the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Force to organize training sessions for all employees on March 29, 2024, and April 17, 2024.
During the first-aid skills training session, staff members were equipped with updated knowledge and guided through essential first-aid techniques for common occupational accidents. These techniques covered handling electrical hazards, performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), effectively managing disaster scenarios, and safely evacuating casualties.
During the Fire Prevention and Fighting Skills Training Session, Reeco employees were provided with information about several major fires that have caused significant loss of life and property across the country and in Ho Chi Minh City in recent times. In addition, the instructors delivered fundamental knowledge on fire prevention and fighting, the roles and responsibilities of employees in fire prevention and fighting at the company, various techniques and methods for conducting fire prevention, fire fighting, and occupational safety activities, practice fire fighting skills, and instructions on how to use fire extinguishers and evacuate in case of fire.
Upon completing the training sessions, participants have gained essential first-aid and fire prevention and fighting knowledge and skills. They are now equipped to confidently handle emergency situations effectively, contributing to the safety of themselves and those around them. The training sessions proved to be practical and beneficial, enhancing Reecotech employees’ occupational safety and fire prevention awareness.
