Campbell Scientific offers our newest TDLAS closed-path trace gas analyzer model, the TGA200A, for measurements of CH4, N2O, or CO2 isotopes. The TGA200A has been optimized for rugged, low-maintenance operation, as it can be placed directly outside on the ground and no longer requires liquid nitrogen.

We offer sampling systems to accommodate various measurement methods including eddy-covariance, concentration profiles, multi-site gradient, mass balance, and chambers. Sampling systems offer automatic zero/span capabilities, and eddy-covariance sampling systems now include the revolutionary vortex intake (U.S. Pat. No. 9,217,692) for unprecedented long-term, low-maintenance performance.

30497 TGA Sampling System

The TGA Custom Sampling System is used with a trace-gas analyzer in low-flow applications such as gradient flux or chamber measurements.  The main kit comprising part number 30497 includes the components and materials used to build a custom sampling system. The system features a manifold with 12 inlets for measuring sample air and 4 inlets for measuring calibration gases. The manifold is designed to deliver sample air from a selected inlet to the TGA and excess flow outlet, while maintaining air flow from all other sample inlets through a bypass. This constant flow allows the system to quickly reach equilibrium after switching valves. Conversely, a calibration gas inlet is only used when the calibration gas is flowing to the analyzer, thus conserving the calibration gases. 

The system ships in an ENC16/18 fiberglass enclosure and includes a valve manifold, pressure sensors, and flow sensors. The 30497 should also be ordered with an SDM-CD16S to control the valves, a CR3000, an NL116, and an appropriate sample dryer such as the PD1T. Most configurations also require a sample delivery pump and an analyzer pump. Contact Campbell Scientific to configure a sampling system for your application.

CSAT3A 3-D Sonic Anemometer

The CSAT3A 3-D Sonic Anemometer is the 3-D sonic anemometer of choice for eddy-covariance measurements. It has an aerodynamic design, a 10 cm vertical measurement path, operates in a pulsed acoustic mode, and withstands exposure to harsh weather conditions. Three orthogonal wind components (ux, uy, uz) and the speed of sound (c) are measured and output at a maximum rate of 50 Hz. The CSAT3A head is operated by the EC100 electronics, which also control either an EC150 or EC155 gas analyzer.  Measurements can be triggered from two sources: 
    • Data logger’s SDM command 
    • EC100’s internal clock 
The SDM protocol supports a group trigger for synchronizing multiple CSAT3As.

EasyFlux WebH Software

EasyFlux® Web CSI-Hosted is a web-based software tool for monitoring any Campbell Scientific data-logger-based system. EasyFlux Web CSI-Hosted is hosted on Campbell Scientific's own Microsoft Azure server, which allows for automatic updates and maintenance of the software. After users create an account, they are given their own IP address to allow them to easily connect to their data from an Internet-connected device. Monitoring a network of data loggers is made easy with real-time data monitoring, customizable alerts, and data download capabilities. EasyFlux Web is compatible with all Campbell Scientific data-logger-based systems, including flux, weather, and soil stations.

The updated EasyFlux Web 2.01 includes new benefits and features to enhance the user experience. EasyFlux Web 2.01 now provides the ability to monitor live video cameras.
